HOW WILL YOUR DAY BE?

When asked "how was your night?” folks respond in different ways: "fine", "good", "great" etc. But ask them "how will your day be?" and they give you a summary of their planned activities for that day. While there's nothing wrong with that, there's still something missing. It is only natural to tap into the realm of one's memory to retrieve information about the past and say "my night was great", but have you ever considered that you can just as easily tap into the realm of your imagination, your will (desire) and the realm of the Spirit and say how your day will be? It's not prediction per se, rather it is PROPHECY.

You can command your morning; you can literally declare HOW your day will be! This is an ability you have as a human being, but more so as a son of God, with His DNA, His creative ability (John 1:13, Hebrews 11:3). The original Hebrew in Genesis 1:26 literally means God created man like Himself, another "SPEAKING SPIRIT". If God, your Father, declares the end from the beginning, then YOU, His son or daughter, can declare the end of your day from the beginning of it (Isaiah 46:10). You can literally walk through your day (in your mind and/or spirit) and know and declare it before it starts. That's what it means to foreknow as Romans 8:29 puts it.

Your words have power, presence and prophetic implication. It means your words have weight and occupy space. That's why the same Greek word “logos” is translated "utterance" and "matter". It means you can send your words into the day before you go through the day yourself. Friend, command your morning (Job 38:12). You can call it forward remembrance, active permission, confession, prophesying or whatever works for you. That's not the issue. The main thing is to employ it. Use it. Command your morning!

Use your tongue to direct the course of your day, to cut your day into the shape you desire! Then go forth and take bold, confident action, knowing that the very throne of God is backing up the words you've spoken from the Word of God. And when someone asks you how your day was, and your answer is exactly the same as what you said in the morning, then there is a song in your heart, a dance in your feet and a shout in your mouth!

MY DAY WILL BE GREAT, FULFILLING, PROSPEROUS AND FULL OF GOOD SURPRISES! I'M GONNA ACHIEVE ALL I SET OUT TO DO AND BE STRONG ALL THROUGH! THE END OF MY DAY WILL BE PEACE!

How will YOUR day be?
